Marketplace delivery: how does it work?
You send a link
Send a product link and the required details (size/color/quantity) to the support chat.
We calculate the order and delivery
We pass the request to the buyer. We calculate the cost and send you the final amount and a payment link in rubles, including our 10% commission.
Shipping and receipt
You provide the recipient’s address and contact details. The buyer sends the item to the CIS, and you receive the order.
Service commission: 10%
We add 10% to the amount calculated by the buyer and send you a payment link.
Delivery cost is calculated separately after purchase, based on the actual weight and dimensions.
We’ll buy from any foreign stores for you

  • We communicate with the seller and monitor the order
  • We accept payment from any bank cards

If you don’t have a foreign card for purchases abroad, we’ll place and pay for the order on your behalf.

Useful Information

During holiday periods, timeframes may increase slightly. If the parcel exceeds the limits, we will calculate delivery separately.

  • Up to 30 kg, more compact: up to 150 cm total across all sides, up to 1 m in length.
  • Delivered directly to your address.
  • Timeframe: from 10 to 17 days*.

Express

  • Up to 20 kg, dimensions no more than 200 cm total across all sides, maximum 1 m in length.
  • Pick up at a convenient collection point.
  • Timeframe: from 18 to 25 days*.

We offer two delivery options. Choose what matters more: price or speed.

Delivery Options and Timeframes
Insurance and compensation terms are determined by the delivery service chosen by the buyer and apply according to its rules. We provide the client with the terms before delivery payment.
Insurance Terms
Important: we only accept permitted goods for processing. Prohibited goods, goods restricted for shipment, as well as goods subject to sanctions restrictions, are not accepted for purchase or shipment. These include:
  • weapons and ammunition, their parts and components;
  • narcotic and psychotropic substances;
  • explosive, flammable, and toxic materials;
  • alcohol and tobacco products;
  • live animals and other categories of goods subject to prohibition.

In addition, the list of sanctioned goods should be taken into account.

The established limits on the value and quantity of shipments must also be observed.
