The DelyBox service makes shopping on Chinese marketplaces easy and affordable. We take care of logistics so that your products from China arrive quickly, reliably, and without unnecessary complications.

We deliver orders from platforms such as Taobao, 1688, JD, Tmall, AliExpress, and others. Parcels can be delivered to a pick-up point or any address in your city. We strictly adhere to deadlines and guarantee the safety of the contents.

On the DelyBox website, you will find a description of all services and will be able to choose a convenient option. If you have a card that is accepted for payment of orders in China, we will provide transportation. If you do not have a card, we will purchase the necessary product for you and arrange delivery.

To arrange delivery, it is enough to register and leave a request. We guarantee a high level of service, careful handling of each parcel and reliable packaging that will protect your purchases on the whole way from China.
Delivery from marketplaces — how does it work?

During holiday periods, delivery times may be slightly extended. If a shipment exceeds the standard timeframe, we will calculate the delivery separately.
Up to 30 kg, compact — total dimensions up to 150 cm, maximum length 1 m.
Delivered straight to your address.
  • Delivery time: 10–17 days.

Express

Up to 20 kg, dimensions — no more than 200 cm in total (maximum 1 m in length).
Pickup at a convenient location.
  • Delivery time: 18 to 25 days.

We offer two delivery options from China — choose what matters most to you: price or speed.
Delivery options and deadlines
When using the STANDARD tariff, the client is entitled to compensation amounting to:
  • 40 SDR (Special Drawing Rights);
  • plus 4.5 SDR for each kilogram of the shipment —
  • provided that the total compensation does not exceed the actual value of the contents.
In addition, the paid tariff fee is fully refunded.
For the EXPRESS tariff, the compensation is set at 130 SDR, also within the limits of the actual value of the contents. The full tariff fee is likewise refunded.
Note:
  • SDR (Special Drawing Rights) is an international monetary unit used for insurance calculations.
  • Compensation is always capped at the declared/actual value of the shipped items.
  • The refund of the tariff fee is applied in addition to the insurance compensation.
Standard Insurance Terms
The DelyBox service does not accept for shipment any items prohibited by current legislation. These include:
  • weapons and ammunition, as well as their parts and components;
  • narcotic and psychotropic substances;
  • explosive, flammable, and toxic materials;
  • alcoholic beverages and tobacco products;
  • live animals;
  • other categories of goods that are subject to prohibition.
In addition, it is necessary to take into account the list of sanctioned goods.

There are also established limits regarding the value and quantity of shipments that must be observed.
Restrictions and Prohibitions
To make purchases in Chinese online stores and marketplaces, you need to meet certain requirements—without them, delivering goods becomes impossible. One of these requirements is having a Chinese address that must be specified when placing an order. DelyBox provides this opportunity.

There’s no need to change your place of residence, travel anywhere, or fill out complicated documents. Once clients receive a Chinese shopping address, they get full access to the product range of Chinese stores:
